Perhaps the greatest honor for an artist is to inspire others to create and produce works of art. Recently I had the pleasure to receive a poem that was sparked by one of my photographs. I read the lines written by my friend poet Howard Ellis and I am delighted by the serene rhythm of the words and the peaceful atmosphere they express. Thank you.
Silently filled with music, thrilling my soul.
Stillness vibratingly alive; I cannot stand still.
Enticing treasure laden coves; what dreams will bear fruition?
Sirens calling without a song,
Silent mist over dawn.
I am a bird
From my branch
I hear the beauty
Of your light and shadow.
